What is a Goal Sports Soccer School?
Every School holiday Goal Sports will be based at Primary Schools in the East Riding. We start our day at 9.00 am and are on site from 8.45am giving parent time to drop off their children and get on with their busy schedules.
Your children will be looked after by our staff that will make sure your child has fun, makes new friends and learns and participates in fun football games.
Our morning session 9.00am - 12.00pm is all about development with children mainly involved in Football drills to improve their Control, Dribbling, Passing, Turning, Running with the Ball, Shooting and Goalkeeping. These drills may consist of in depth coaching or in the form of fun games such as, Turn to Shoot (Turning and Shooting), Lightning (Shooting), Ghostbusters (Dribbling), Levels (Control), Cops & Robbers (Running with the Ball), we have literally hundreds of games and ideas for your child’s session which is guaranteed to leave them having an enjoyable day.
1.00pm - 3.30pm is our afternoon session. The format is plain and simple, football matches all afternoon long. We split the children up into mini teams (no more than 5 a side) and set them off in their own World Cup/Premiership/FA Cup etc tournaments.

What will your child need?
All children on our courses will need a packed lunch with plenty to drink. We recommend all children wear shin pads and goalkeeper gloves to minimise injury but these are not essential. Football boots are also not essential.
We hold a tuck shop during breaks (10.30am and 2.15pm) and dinner time (12.00pm - 1.00pm) in which children can pick up refreshments. (Optional)
Children should have clothing for indoors and outdoors, waterproofs and towels in case of rain, clean shorts, T-Shirts and trainers to change into if we have to come indoors.
